Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory consumer protection law.
Generation Lab may suspend or terminate Portal access where the Provider is in breach of these Terms, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the safety or integrity of the Portal.
The Provider may close its account at any time.
Closure of an account does not itself constitute a request for erasure of personal data. Erasure rights are exercised through the process set out in the EU Privacy Notice.
Generation Lab may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in advance and, where required by law, will take effect only on acceptance. Continued use of the Portal after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of changes that are not material.

Generation Lab asks that any complaint be raised first at eu-support@generationlab.com so that it may be resolved directly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved in this way, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dublin, Ireland.
Nothing in this Section deprives a person acting as a consumer of the mandatory protections of the law of their country of habitual residence, or affects the right of a data subject under Articles 77 to 79 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 to complain to a supervisory authority or bring proceedings in the courts of their own Member State in respect of their personal data.
